WILMA’s Leadership Accelerator is a half-day experience designed for the real side of leadership — the confidence, the uncertainty, and everything in between.

This year’s theme, My Self. My Team. My Network., focuses on growing as a leader in ways that actually matter: understanding your voice, strengthening how you lead others, and building a network that shows up for you.

Through practical workshops, meaningful conversation, and a powerful keynote lunch, Leadership Accelerator brings together women who are actively shaping what leadership looks like right now.

This year’s WILMA Leadership Accelerator features a powerful lineup of speakers, including keynoters from the world of women’s sports, such as UNCW Women’s Basketball Coach Nicole Woods with insights on team culture and performance and marathoner Robyn Godfrey sharing how small moments of bravery can lead to lasting impact. Workshop leaders Kimberly McLaughlin-Smith, Jennifer Adams, Amy Conway, Lisa Leath, and Fletcher Daniels round out the program with sessions focused on vocal visibility, coaching as leadership, intentional networking, and board service.
